At Wafani, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we aim to make the return and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., cosmetics, intimate wear, personalised items).
  • To start a return, please email us at contact@wafani.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • For all other exchange requests (e.g., size or colour changes), please return the item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Include clear photos so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return of your item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

7. EU Consumer Rights

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to excluded items listed above.
